Establishes food service requirements for child care facilities. The requirements include compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) rules and regulations regardless of whether the provider receives reimbursement from the program; service of low-fat or non-fat milk; requirements for food brought from home; menu planning; snacks; and food safety and handling. Also requires child care facilities to provide a nutritious meal if children don't receive breakfast or lunch at home.
