Brief Summary
This law allows up to two paid breaks (of 15 minutes each) each day for women with a nursing child up to one year of age to express breastmilk. Requires employers to work with employee on scheduling breaks, and finding a location hidden from view and free from intrusion to express milk. It only applies only to county employees.
