"In accordance with North Carolina General Statutes G.S. § 160A-383, the purpose of this Land Use Ordinance is to implement the goals and policies of the Land Use Plan. In addition, this ordinance establishes an orderly process for the design, review, approval, development, and use of land within the jurisdiction of the City of Lexington that is clear and equitable.
