The community sustainability board will encourage the education of participants in disciplines of agriculture, nutrition, botany and environmental science. The board will guide participants in learning skills to sustain their gardens and outdoor environment while supplementing their diets with nutritious food to sustain their person[al] well-being." § 78-113.
