These sections, added in 2020, allow food trucks, farmer’s markets, and mobile markets to operate throughout all of the county's zoning districts, provided they meet certain standards. Per language included in these sections, the sections must be reviewed by the board of commissioners on or before December 31, 2021 to determine whether the provisions should be revised, repealed or whether additional studies are warranted.
