This shelter in place order allows “essential businesses” to continue operations provided they comply with social distancing requirements. "Essential businesses" include e.g., food banks; convenience stores; "businesses that provide food . . . for economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy individuals;" and schools and other entities that typically offer free food services if provided on a pick-up and take-away basis. They also include farmers' markets, produce stands, and food cultivation, including farming, livestock, and fishing.
