Section 6 of this order prevents any person from selling goods or services, including e.g., "groceries" and "restaurant, cafeteria, and boarding-house meals," for more than the retail price that the person charged on March 16, 2020, unless the increased price is a result of increased supplier or other costs. Section 7 suspends all delivery hour restrictions for entities involved in food product distribution, recognizing that grocery stores and supermarkets are experiencing high demand and the County must accommodate their need to deliver products "as quickly and efficiently as possible during this critical time frame."
