Section 10(g) of this stay at home or place of residence order defines “essential business” that may occur during the period covered by the order to include farmers' markets, farm and produce stands and other establishments engaged in the retail sale of fresh fruits and vegetables, and fresh meats, fish and poultry ((g)(ii)); and agriculture and food cultivation, including farming, ranching, fishing, dairies (g)(iii)). Section 4 of the order further provides that "essential businesses are strongly encouraged to remain open," and sets social distancing requirements.
