This ordinance requires all individuals over the age of 6 entering grocery stores, including employees, to wear facial coverings as defined by the CDC (§ 3). These same businesses must post signage notifying customers and employees of the facial covering requirement in English and Spanish (§ 2). The ordinance exempts certain individuals from the requirement, including children under the age of 6, and those with a medical problem or other condition that makes wearing a facial covering difficult (§ 3).
