Section 2 (iii) directs essential businesses--which include food banks (§1(e)(ii)); businesses that offer food and "other necessities of life" for "economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy individuals (§ 1(e)(v)); and schools and other entities that typically offer food free food services to students and members of the public (§1(e)(xiv))--to take proactive measures to ensure compliance with social distancing requirements, including where possible, "implementing separate operating hours for elderly and vulnerable customers."
