"The Urban Agriculture standards of this Section are intended to permit the growing and off-site selling of legal agricultural products on properties throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and are permitted by right for Urban Agriculture (Accessory Use) With Animals. "Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating any provision of this Zoning Ordinance, or of the Stormwater Management provisions of Chapter 1003 of Title Ten: Building, shall upon conviction be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense and costs, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be imprisoned in the county jail or workhouse for not more than thirty (30) days. Each day a violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense. In the case of firms or associations, the penalty may be imposed upon the partners or members thereof, and in the case of corporations, upon the officers thereof." Sec. 924.04.G
