This law establishes a youth advisory commission whose responsibilities include advising the mayor and the Anchorage Assembly on issues, services and programs from the community's youth perspective; conducting, compiling and disseminating information concerning health, nutrition and other services available or not available to youth; and nominating a youth representative and an alternate for appointment to the Anchorage Assembly.
