This section of the proclamation temporarily suspends portions' of the city code which prohibit mobile food vendors from operating in anywhere other than permitted mobile food sites during the State of Emergency period declared by the City on March 12, 2020. Mobile food vendors must comply with certain specified criterium, including social distancing measures.
