Section 10(f) defines “essential businesses” that are exempt from the City's cessation of business order to include e.g., certified farmers’ markets; farm and produce stands; stores and other establishments engaged in the retail sale of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats, fish and poultry; and food cultivation, including farming livestock and fishing.
