This law allows for up to six (6) chicken hens to be kept as an accessory use for single-family residential dwelling/structures and provides regulations for the same. Among other things, issues addressed include: coop standards, coop access, cleaning and maintenance, handling of chicken waste (litter), general prohibitions on roosters and "hybrid" chickens, and confinement from wild ducks and geese.

Penalities are specified outside of this title. See § 6.04.360 (B) ("Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.28 of the Casper Municipal Code...")
