This stay at home order requires all persons within the city to shelter in place, except for certain exempted activities, including "food production, distribution, and sale" (6(iv)); businesses that deliver groceries or food (6(xv)); businesses that sell or manufacture food and beverages (6(xx)); and "manufacturing companies, distributors, and supply chain companies producing and supplying essential products and services in and for industries such as . . . agriculture and agricultural products . . . [and] food and beverage" (6(xxv)).
