Section 4 of Exhibit A of this stay at home order classifies "direct farm to consumer sales" as an "essential service." Paragraph A of the order provides that individuals are exempt from the order's directive to "stay in their homes and not travel through or congregate in the streets, sidewalks, waterways and/or public spaces" if they are "working at or conducting business" with businesses offering essential services. Paragraphs B and D of the order include social distancing requirements for individuals and businesses while engaging in such activity.
