This Ordinance enacts a new chapter of City Code that limits the commissions that third parties can charge to restaurants to 15% of the purchase price on delivery/pick-up orders. Section 1, 547.05 states that the chapter is only in effect from the effective date of a public health emergency that contains restrictions on eating and drinking establishments, until 120 days after establishments are permitted to operate at 100% capacity.
