This order requires all employees and customers of grocery stores to wear facial coverings over their mouth and nose at all times when inside the grocery store. Individuals providing delivery services are also required to wear a facial covering when making deliveries. Employees or customers experiencing an emergency or exigent circumstance are exempt from the requirement, as are young children under age two, and anyone who has trouble breathing.
