This resolution authorizes the acceptance of CARES Act funds from the Atlanta Regional Commission for services for DeKalb Seniors in the amount of $594,466.69, and appropriates $256,232.96 of that amount for home meal delivery. It also authorizes the Chief Executive Office to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the action.
