Section 7 defines "Essential business" that are strongly encouraged to remain open during the stay at home order to include e.g., grocery stores that sell fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and poultry (§ 7a); "food cultivation" which includes a list of farming practices, such as "crop farming, oilseed and grain farming, vegetable and melon farming," and ranching practices, such as "cattle ranching and farming, hog and pig farming, poultry and egg production, sheep and goat farming, animal aquaculture," and related production support (§7b); and "fruit and vegetable preserving, dairy product manufacturing, and other food manufacturing," (§7n).
