Although labeled "Purpose," Chapter 49, section 1.) simply provides : "Chapter 49, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of the Code of the City of Ferguson, Missouri and the "District Map" accompanying and made part of said Chapter 32, are hereby reaffirmed and amended. This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ferguson, Missouri."

"On-site parking [for agritourism] shall be approved by the Plan Commission on a use basis, and upon careful analysis of available information and site plans; " "Plan Commission shall approve the number, location, and size of buildings [for agritourism], based upon a careful analysis of the proposed site plan." § 8.3. "Each application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a survey prepared by a licensed surveyor and a site plan in duplicate and in a form and size suitable for permanent filing. A record of the applications, surveys and site plans shall be kept in the office of the Director of Public Works." § 21.2 (regarding general administration for the chapter).
