Section 1 of this Executive Order declares that no third-party delivery service may charge a covered establishment (restaurant) a fee for use of its service that is more than 15% during the COVID-19 pandemic. Section 1(5) states that this restriction on fee will end with the local COVID-19 emergency termination date.
