Provides use standards for beekeeping and chicken keeping, including which zones these uses are allowed (they are allowed as accessory uses in residential zones). Beekeepers must have training; chickens may be kept for personal use only.

The powers and duties of the town board of commissioners to implement and execute the purposes of the Land Development Ordinance is specified in § 9-1751.
Penalties include: permit revocation; disapproval of subsequent applications; stop work orders; civil penalty in an amount not more than $500.00 but greater than $50.00 for each day the violation continues; criminal penalty not more than $500.00 but greater than $50.00 (sec. § 9-1856).
