Section II(A)(2) defines “essential activities” that residents may engage in during the City's stay-in-place order to include e.g., activities to obtain or deliver fresh fruits and vegetables, and fresh meats, fish and poultry. Section II(F) defines “essential businesses” that are exempt from the City's cessation of business order to include e.g., certified farmers’ markets; farm and produce stands; stores and other establishments engaged in the retail sale of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats, fish and poultry; and food cultivation, including farming livestock and fishing.
