This law directs the Office of Public Health and Safety to designate charitable distribution sites in the Downtown Indianapolis. Sites are to be designed to help organizations and individuals who wish to make charitable donations of food or other items to individuals experiencing homelessness so that such donations can be made in a more safe and orderly fashion.
