Section 4 exempts "essential activities" from the stay-at-home restriction, which includes working at "essential businesses" including food banks, convenience stores, other establishments that sell canned food, dry goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and organizations that provide food for "economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy individuals . . . and people with disabilities." (Note: This ordinance was repealed after a statewide order was instituted.)
