The ordinance includes responsibilities for the city building inspector, the planning commission, and the board of zoning appeals with regards to issuing building permits, reviewing applications, and hear and decide appeals, etc. Art VII, Sec 1.
"...penalties of a monetary fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) and the repayment of administrative costs incident to the correction of the municipal violation in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both, for each separate offense."
