This provision sets standards/requirements for open spaces in developments in the "standard urban center districts." Among other things, it provides that, subject to certain restrictions, community gardens shall be permitted in all land use categories to satisfy such requirements, but limits sales locations for cultivated and harvested products of the community garden to permitted farmers markets and grocery stores.
Private open space requirements are expressly extended to multi-family residential developments, but the requirements may be less than for other residential developments. See §§ 33-284.86(D)(1)(b)(i)-(iii).
