This order was a collaborative effort among all jurisdictions in suburban Milwaukee County in response to the Wisconsin Supreme Court's permission of the state to reopen. Section 2 of the order clarifies which businesses and activities are allowed to continue operating, and includes human service operations, which encompass businesses that provide food for economically disadvantaged individuals (c) and organizations that provide charitable and social services (including food banks and food pantries) (s).
