This order was a collaborative effort among all jurisdictions in suburban Milwaukee County in response to the Wisconsin Supreme Court's permission of the state to reopen. Section 2 of the order clarifies which businesses and activities are allowed to continue operating, and includes essential infrastructure, such including, e.g., "farming, livestock, fishing,...and other production agriculture, including cultivation" (f); and manufacturing companies, distributors, and supply chain companies producing and supplying essential products and services in and for agriculture (r).
