Prohibits the keeping of horses, cows, swine, sheep, goats, or poultry in Residential, Mixed Single Family/Mobile Home Districts, except under the conditions of § 4.2.38, relating to supplementary regulations allowing certain urban agriculture uses.
"It is the intent of these districts to provide for single-family residential areas of low to medium density for single-family dwellings and individual mobile homes. In addition to providing for mixed single-family/mobile home areas, this district also provides for public and semipublic buildings and facilities and accessory structures as may be desirable and compatible with mixed single-family/mobile home residential development. In these districts, permitted nonresidential uses and special exceptions may be subject to restrictions and requirements necessary to preserve and protect the single-family residential character of these districts." "A fine imposed pursuant to this section shall not exceed $250.00 per day for a first violation and shall not exceed $500.00 per day for a repeat violation, and, in addition, may include all costs of repairs pursuant to section 15.4.1 above. However, if the code enforcement board finds the violation to be irreparable or irreversible in nature, it may impose a fine not to exceed $5,000.00 per violation." Article 15.4.
