Exhibit A of this order defines e.g., "food banks" (§ 2) and "businesses and organizations that provide food, shelter, medical and social services, and other necessities of life for economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy or homeless individuals, and any associated parking in a parking garage that is related to these services" (§ 4) as a Covid-19 essential services. Such services are allowed to and strongly encouraged to remain open and people may leave the house to visit their facilities amid other closures imposed by this stay at home order.
