This law waives food service permit fees for Prince George's County Board of Education, Blind Industires and Service of Maryland, or the Capital Area Community Food bank. These organizations serve priority/socially disadvantaged populations such as youth, disabled, and food insecure populations. § 12-110(c).
The Health Officer issues permits and collects fees; this law instructs the Health Officer to waive food service permit fees for the designated agencies and organizations. § 12-110(b)-(d).
