Section 8(b) of this stay-at-home order defines "essential businesses" that are allowed to continue operations includes, e.g., business that provide food for economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy individuals (iv) and schools that provide free food services to students or members of the public on a pick-up and take-away basis (xiii).
