This policy sets up an advisory committee to evaluate and make recommendations to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors on the effectiveness of the City's sugary beverage tax.

The Committee shall be supported by the City Administrator and the Controller's Office shall provide technical support and policy analysis for it to carry out its charge to make recommendations to the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors on the effectiveness of the City's Sugary Drinks Distributor Tax. § 5.33-3(e), § 5.33-4.
