Vending licenses are issued by the city, and the directors of public works and planning are specifically authorized to impose conditions of license approval to ensure compliance with the chapter (Vending on Public Right-of-Way for Motorized Vehicles). § 5.08.060.
Violations of the policy for licensed vendors may results in fines up to $200 and revocation of their license. § 5.08.100.
